Hi there!
I’m Stephanie, an Online Business Manager and teacher of the Alexander Technique living outside of Baltimore, Maryland. I’ve spent over twelve years in nonprofit and corporate organizations, and 21 years as an Alexander teacher. I’ve gathered skills and experience that I use to relieve the stress of small business owners like you.
My background:
As a teacher of the Alexander Technique, I’ve learned that HOW I work will affect everything else. If I do this work while using excess tension, it will affect my bodies, my relationships, my business… It’s important to take the time to take care of ourselves!
As the Director of Religious Education at a UU church, I brought my organizational and customer service skills to new heights while managing a staff of 3 and 54 volunteers!
As the Administrative Assistant of a gym, I learned the importance of SOPs, Operations Manuals, and automations.
As a virtual assistant, I became skilled at learning new platforms, identifying client needs, and solving issues.
